5SOS at The Armory

5SOS was awesome, as usual! However the venue was terrible this time. We have been to three 5SOS concerts, with two of them being at The Armory. Our first experience a few years ago was wonderful. My daughter needs to have the accessible seating area and they arranged that with me ahead of time and it was wonderful and smooth.
This year, not the case at all. They would not make any arrangements with us ahead of time. They said to ask at the ticket counter, which means standing in line for hours. They do not offer ADA parking any longer. They even went as far as to tell us we could not sit close to the "Club" seating area, as they pay 1000s of dollars for their seats. We were put in the back with a railing at eye level. Very, very disappointing experience.
